Community Input meeting set for May 1
The annual Community Input meeting will be held at 1 p.m. Sunday, May 1, in the Tribal gym following the General Council meeting, which will run from 10 a.m. to noon in the Tribal Community Center in Grand Ronde.
Tribal Planning and Grants Manager Kim Rogers said the community meeting will discuss Tribal services and economic development. After a presentation on recent changes in Grand Ronde and planned development over the next decade, two breakout sessions will discuss the two main topics.
Input also will be gathered for use in planning and in Tribal grant applications (e.g. HUD ICDBG, ANA, DOJ and others).
There also will be a Pendleton blanket drawing and 10 $20 gas vouchers for door prizes.
