Tribal Elder Nora Kimsey walks on at 102

The oldest member of the Confederated Tribes of Grand Ronde, Nora Kimsey, walked on Wednesday, Sept. 7, 2011, at the age of 102.

Nora Kimsey was born Dec. 2, 1908, and lived through the Tribe's Termination and Restoration.
