Portland office schedules Oct. 23 flu clinic

The Tribe's Portland satellite office, 4445 S.W. Barbur Blvd., Suite 101, will hold a Flu Clinic from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 23.
Tribal Elders, spouses and direct descendants can receive flu shots. Tribal identification and Tribal medical cards will be required.
