Per capita, timber distribution set for Dec. 14

The December 2012 per capita and timber distribution date is Friday, Dec. 14.^.  All checks will be available for pick up at the Grand Ronde Community Center from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Please bring ID. Our enrollment staff will be available for IDs that day also in the Community Center. If you do not pick up your checks, they will be mailed on Friday, Dec. 14, to the address that we have on file for you. If you wish to pick up check/checks for anyone other than yourself, you will need to provide a document stating who is authorized to pick up the checks. The document must be signed and notarized by the Tribal member to whom the check is made out to. The Tribal Court provides notary services. The deadline for address changes, tax deductions, setting up or canceling direct deposit is Friday, Dec. 7^, at 5 p.m.  If you need to change or verify your address, please call 1-800-422-0232, ext 2082, 2490 or 1358.
