Rain, high winds expected in Coast Range

A particularly wet warm and cold front will produce periods of heavy rain today through Thursday morning. A low pressure system will move north off the Oregon Coast, producing high winds through tonight. The Coast Range may see high winds that might down trees and cause power outages. Localized flooding might occur as well. Be prepared for possible travel disruptions and power outages in the West Valley and be careful traveling.
