Letters to the Editor -- Feb. 1, 2017

Dear Smoke Signals:

The 2017 calendar is outstanding. The design and the photographs really are spectacular. Congratulations to George Valdez for design and Michelle Alaimo for the photography, and all the others who worked on the calendar.

By just focusing on one or two items of the same kind really makes it meditative and spiritual. The dark background makes each item stand out. I am very impressed.

Not to say all the calendars were not great. It is just this one is very special.
