Tribal police assisted Yamhill County deputies with a domestic disturbance in Willamina.

A male requested to speak to the police in the 27000 block of Salmon River Highway. The male had “sensitive information” regarding a conspiracy relating to President Trump and various members of Congress. Tribal police responded, investigated and found it to be a mental health issue.

Tribal police assisted Polk County deputies with locating and arresting a wanted person in the 9000 block of Grand Ronde Road.

Several males were smoking marijuana on Tribal property in the 27000 block of Salmon River Highway. The males were warned not to smoke pot on Tribal land.

Tribal police assisted Polk County deputies with a 911 hang-up call in the 7000 block of Fire Hall Road. The call was determined to be accidental.

A citizen called to report criminal mischief that occurred on Highway 18. Tribal police took the initial report and forwarded it to Oregon State Police.

A driving complaint was called in on Hebo Road, but officers were unable to locate it.

A dog got loose in the 26000 block of McPherson Road. Tribal police located the dog and reunited it with its owners.

A wallet was reported stolen in the 27000 block of Salmon River Highway. Tribal police are investigating.

A syringe was located in the 27000 block of Salmon River Highway. Tribal police responded and seized the syringe for destruction.

A dog was reported left in a vehicle in the 27000 block of Salmon River Highway. Tribal police had the owners contacted.

Sunday, April 2

A traffic complaint regarding a weaving vehicle was called in on Highway 18 headed toward Grand Ronde. Officers were unable to locate it.

A citizen found a Tribal member’s ID and turned it in to police. Tribal officers located the owner and returned the identification.

A trespassing complaint was reported in the 27000 block of Salmon River Highway. Tribal police responded and the subject decided to leave.

Tribal police assisted a citizen who called regarding a possible missing person.

A person was reported to be living on Tribal property in the 27000 block of Salmon River Highway, and Tribal police responded.
Monday, April 3

An animal complaint was received in the 28000 block of McPherson Road. Tribal police arrived and found a loose dog and returned it to the owner.

Polk County Sheriff’s Office requested Tribal police assist with a trespass complaint in the area of King Road. Officers responded and investigated. During the investigation, a female was arrested on an outstanding warrant.
Tuesday, April 4

Tribal police responded to the 24000 block of Grand Ronde Road to assist with a reported unconscious woman who had been found. Officers responded and assisted medics.

A sex crime was reported to Tribal police, who are investigating.

An Elder abuse allegation was reported to Tribal police. Officers are investigating.

Wednesday, April 5

Another Elder abuse allegation was reported to Tribal police. Officers are investigating.

Tribal police responded to assist Dallas police in a vehicle pursuit that was headed north on Highway 22. The pursuit was terminated before it reached the area and Tribal police cancelled their response.

A missing juvenile was reported to Tribal police. The juvenile was located.

A possible criminal mischief was reported to Tribal police.

Tribal police located a vehicle in the ditch on Hebo Road and assisted with calling for a tow.

A Tribal police officer assisted with a flat tire change.
Thursday, April 6

A false alarm was reported in the 9000 block of Grand Ronde Road.

A loose bovine was reported. Tribal police responded and did not see any loose cattle.

Tribal police arrested a subject involved in a robbery in the 9500 block of Raven Loop. The arrest was regarding an ongoing investigation from November 2016.

Oregon State Police requested assistance from Tribal police in locating a wanted subject. The subject was not where they were reported to be.

Tribal police assisted an employee with a possible telephonic harassment.

A suspicious person was called in to Polk County Sheriff’s Office on Highway 22. Deputies requested Tribal police assist. The person was contacted.

Tribal police assisted a driver who had driven into a ditch on Hebo Road with getting a tow.

A drug complaint was called in to Tribal police, who are investigating.
Saturday, April 8

A disturbance was called in to Tribal police in the 27000 block of Salmon River Highway. Tribal police responded and assisted with calming down the situation.

A domestic disturbance was reported in the 27000 block of Salmon River Highway. Tribal police responded and determined no crime had occurred.
