Assisted West Valley Fire with a reported commercial structure fire in the 28000 block of Salmon River Highway.
Assist outside agency with a commercial motor vehicle crash in the area of milepost 1 on Highway 22 in Willamina.
Assist outside agency with a reported domestic dispute in the 23000 block of Southwest Grand Ronde Road.

Assist outside agency with a criminal mischief in the 26100 block of Salmon River Highway. A female subject was arrested and transported to the Polk County Jail in Dallas.

Animal complaint reported in the area of Grand Ronde and McPherson roads.
Suspicious activity reported in the 9600 block of Tilixam Circle.
Public assist in the area of Grand Ronde and Tyee roads.
Public assist in the 9600 block of Tilixam Circle.
Assist outside agency with a welfare check in the area of milepost 26 on Salmon River Highway.
Suspicious activity reported in the 8400 block of Grand Ronde Road.
Traffic stop in the area of milepost 22 on Salmon River Highway. Female operator was issued a citation to appear on a criminal charge of failure to return a suspended driver’s license.

Friday, Feb. 2

Assist outside agency with an attempt to locate a burglary suspect in the 8800 block of Grand Ronde Road.
Warrant arrest in the 9600 block of Grand Ronde Road. Male subject was arrested and transported to the Polk County Jail in Dallas.
Public assist in the 25300 block of Blue Jay Court.
Assist outside agency with a reported domestic disturbance in the 6700 block of Ash Avenue. Male subject was arrested for harassment and a female subject was arrested for a valid warrant. Both subjects were transported to the Polk County Jail in Dallas.
Assist outside agency with a reported domestic dispute in the 32300 block of Savage Road in Sheridan.
Assist outside agency with a reported criminal trespass in the 25900 block of Salmon River Highway.

Saturday, Feb. 3

Suspicious activity reported in the 27100 block of Salmon River Highway.
Assist with a state Department of Human Services investigation in the 9600 block of Tilixam Circle.
Suspicious activity reported in the 27100 block of Salmon River Highway. Male subject was arrested on a valid parole violation warrant and transported to the Polk County Jail in Dallas.
Reported theft in the 27100 block of Salmon River Highway.

Sunday, Feb. 4

Alarm reported in the 9600 block of Grand Ronde Road.
Suspicious activity reported in the 27100 block of Salmon River Highway. Male subject had fled the area upon law enforcement arrival. After identifying the male subject who had fled, it was determined that there were four valid felony warrants for his arrest. Law enforcement officers from the Oregon State Police, Polk and Yamhill County deputies assisted in the search of the area but were unable to locate the male subject.
Reported theft in the 27100 block of Salmon River Highway.
Reported disturbance in the 9600 block of Raven Loop. Male subject was arrested and transported to the Polk County Jail.
Forgery reported in the 27100 block of Salmon River Highway.
Assist outside agency in the area of milepost 26 on Salmon River Highway.

Stolen vehicle reported in the 27100 block of Salmon River Highway.
Suspicious vehicle reported in the 9700 block of Tilixam Circle.
Assist outside agency with a traffic stop in the area of milepost 25 of Salmon River Highway.

DUII arrest in the 27100 block of Salmon River Highway. Female operator was issued a citation to appear after providing a breath sample of .32% BAC.

Welfare check performed in the 48000 block of Eagle Loop.
Parking complaint received in the 9600 block of Tilixam Circle.
Assist outside agency in the 9700 block of Tilixam Circle.
Assist outside agency in the 400 block of Jackson Street in Willamina.
Assist outside agency with a suspicious vehicle in the area of highways 18B and 22 in Willamina.
Suspicious activity reported in the 27100 block of Salmon River Highway.

Suspicious activity reported in the area of milepost 22 on Salmon River Highway.
Theft reported in the 27100 block of Salmon River Highway.
Driving complaint received in the area of milepost 22 on Salmon River Highway. Vehicle was located in Dallas and the male operator was arrested for DUII.

Saturday, Feb. 10

Driving complaint received in the area of milepost 11 on Salmon River Highway.
Driving complaint received in the area of milepost 18 on Salmon River Highway.
Warrant arrest in the area of milepost 25 on Salmon River Highway. Male subject was transported to the Polk County Jail in Dallas for a valid warrant issued out of Pennsylvania.
Suspicious activity reported in the 27100 block of Salmon River Highway. Male subject was issued a citation to appear for the crime of first degree forgery.
Suspicious activity reported in the 27100 block of Salmon River Highway.
