Tuesday, March 27

Forgery in the 27000 block of Salmon River Highway.
Assist outside agency with suspicious conditions in the 25000 block of Yamhill River Road.

Wednesday, March 28

Unattended death investigation in the 27000 block of Salmon River Highway.
Assist outside agency with a non-injury vehicle crash in the area of Old Wallace Road and Highway 22.
Warrant arrest in the area 25000 block of Yamhill River Road. Male subject was arrested on a valid probation violation warrant and transported to the Polk County Jail in Dallas.
Citizen contact in the 23000 block of Yamhill River Road.
Welfare check in the 26000 block of Salmon River Highway.
Warrant arrest in the 27000 block of Salmon River Highway. Male subject was arrested on a valid Oregon State Parole Board warrant and transported to the Polk County Jail in Dallas.

Thursday, March 29

Assist outside agency in the area of highways 22 and 18b.
Found property in the 26000 block of Salmon River Highway.
Suspicious activity reported in the 27000 block of Salmon River Highway.
Assist outside agency in the 25000 block of Yamhill River Road. Male and female subjects were arrested on valid warrants and transported to the Polk County Jail in Dallas.
Driving complaint received in the area of milepost 20 on Salmon River Highway.
Assist outside agency in the 28000 block of Andy Riggs Road. Male subject was issued a citation to appear on the criminal charge of reckless endangering and released.
Reported theft in the 27000 block of Salmon River Highway.
Suspicious activity reported in the 27000 block of Salmon River Highway. Male subject fled from the location before officers learned that the subject had valid warrants for his arrest.

Friday, March 30

Suspicious activity reported in the 27000 block of Salmon River Highway.
Assist outside agency with a reported domestic disturbance in the area of Fort Hill and Willamina Creek roads.
Reported theft in the 9600 block of Grand Ronde Road.
Reported disturbance in the 9600 block of Tilixam Circle.
Citizen contact in the 9600 block of Grand Ronde Road.
Motorist assist in the 26000 block of Salmon River Highway.
Assist outside agency in the area of milepost 23 on Salmon River Highway. Male subject was arrested on valid warrants out of Multnomah County following a vehicle pursuit with Oregon State Police.
Warrant arrest in the 26000 block of Salmon River Highway. Male subject was arrested on a valid warrants issued out of Marion County Parole and Probation and transported to the Polk County Jail in Dallas.

Saturday, March 31

Motorist assist in the area on milepost 1 on Highway 22.
Citizen contact in the 9600 block of Grand Ronde Road.
Assist outside agency in the area of Willamina City Park.
Public assist in the 9300 block of Tilixam Circle.
Assist outside agency in the 9300 block of Tilixam Circle.
Reported physical altercation in the 27000 block of Salmon River Highway.
Warrant arrest in the 27000 block of Salmon River Highway. Male subject was arrested on a valid probation violation warrant and transported to the Polk County Jail in Dallas.

Found property in the 27000 block of Salmon River Highway.
Assist outside agency with a reported domestic disturbance in the area of Ash Street. Female subject was arrested and transported to the Polk County Jail in Dallas. The involved male subject was transported to the hospital to be evaluated for his injuries. He was later arrested and transported to the Polk County Jail.
Forgery reported in the 27000 block of Salmon River Highway.
Driving complaint in the area of milepost 22 on Salmon River Highway.

Tuesday, April 3

Assist outside agency with a criminal trespass complaint in the area of Fire Hall Road.
Assist outside agency: DHS Tillamook County.
Assist outside agency with a reported stolen vehicle out of Salem. Vehicle was involved in a pursuit with Oregon State Police and was possibly heading toward the Lincoln City area.
Assist outside agency with a reported suicidal subject out of the McMinnville area.

Wednesday, April 4

Assist outside agency in the 25000 block of Yamhill River Road.
Assist outside agency in the area of Grand Ronde and Andy Riggs roads. Female subject was arrested on a valid warrant and transported to the Polk County Jail in Dallas.
Assist outside agency in the 26000 block of Salmon River Highway.
Welfare check conducted in the 120 block of Wind River Drive.
Drug complaint received in the 27000 block of Salmon River Highway. Male subject was arrested and transported to the Polk County Jail in Dallas.

Warrant arrest in the area of milepost 1 on Highway 22. Male subject was arrested on a valid Yamhill County detention warrant and transported to the Polk County Jail in Dallas.
