• Violation of a conditional release agreement in the area of milepost 21 on Salmon River Highway. Female subject was arrested and transported to the Polk County Jail in Dallas.
• Assist outside agency with a reported assault in the 100 block of Northwest Gardner Street in Sheridan.
• Motorist assist performed in the area of Salmon River Highway and Southwest Hebo Road.
• Reported physical altercation in the 9600 block of Tilixam Circle.
• Assist outside agency with a violation of a conditional release agreement in the 300 block of Northeast First Street in Willamina. Male subject was arrested and transported to the Yamhill County Jail in McMinnville.
• Traffic stop occurred in the area of Salmon River Highway and Grand Ronde Road. Male subject was arrested for misdemeanor driving while suspended and transported to the Polk County Jail in Dallas.

Saturday, March 9

• Assist outside agency with a warrant arrest in the area of Main and James streets in Willamina. Male subject was arrested and transported to the Yamhill County Jail in McMinnville.
• Assist outside agency with a driving complaint in the area of milepost 4 westbound on Highway 22.
• Drug complaint reported in the 27100 block of Salmon River Highway.
• Suspicious activity reported in the 27100 block of Salmon River Highway.
• Welfare check performed in the 9600 block of Raven Loop.

Sunday, March 10

• Assist Outside Agency with a DUII investigation in the area of milepost 25 on Salmon River Highway. Male operator was arrested for DUII and transported to the Polk County Jail in Dallas. The male passenger was arrested for interfering, resisting arrest and unlawful possession of a controlled substance (cocaine), and transported to the Polk County Jail in Dallas.
• Assist outside agency with a driving complaint in the area of milepost 13 eastbound on Salmon River Highway.
• Welfare check performed in the 9700 block of Tilixam Circle.
• Suspicious activity reported in the 27100 block of Salmon River Highway.
• Assist outside agency with a two-vehicle injury crash at highways 22 and 18B.

• Assist outside agency with a driving complaint in the area of milepost 11 westbound on Highway 22.
• Suspicious activity reported in the area of milepost 20 on Salmon River Highway.
• Driving complaint in the area of milepost 22 on Salmon River Highway. Female subject was arrested for DUII (alcohol) after providing a breath sample of .12 percent blood alcohol content.
• Assist outside agency with reported suspicious activity in the area of milepost 1 on Highway 18B.
• Assist outside agency with a welfare check in the area of milepost 6 on Highway 22.
• Vehicle pursuit occurred in the area of milepost 21 on Salmon River Highway.
• Suspicious activity in the 27100 block of Salmon River Highway. Four subjects were arrested for unlawful possession of heroin, felon in possession of restricted weapons, forgery in the first degree and criminal possession of a forged instrument in the first degree. All four subjects were transported to the Polk County Jail in Dallas.

• Assist outside agency with a traffic stop in the area of milepost 21 on Salmon River Highway. Female subject was arrested for DUII (alcohol) and reckless endangering, and transported to the Polk County Jail in Dallas.
