Friday, July 5

• Assist outside agency with a reported domestic disturbance in the 300 block of First Street in Willamina.
• Assist outside agency with a reported driving complaint at milepost 29 westbound on Salmon River Highway.
• Assist outside agency with a welfare check in the 28000 block of Salmon River Highway.
• Reported hit-and-run property damage in the 9500 block of Raven Loop.

• Follow up on a previous theft complaint in the 27100 block of Salmon River Highway. A male subject was arrested and transported to the Polk County Jail in Dallas.
• Citizen contact occurred in the area of Grand Ronde Road and Salmon River Highway.
• Traffic stop in the area of milepost 22 on Salmon River Highway. A male subject was arrested for DUII (alcohol) and transported to the Polk County Jail in Dallas after providing a breath sample of .16 percent blood alcohol content.

• Reported burglary in the 28000 block of Salmon River Highway.
• Citizen contact occurred in the 27100 block of Salmon River Highway.
• Assist outside agency with a two-vehicle noninjury crash in the area of milepost 23 on Southwest Hebo Road.
• Assist outside agency with reported suspicious conditions in the area of 22000 block of Finn Road in Sheridan.
• Reported criminal trespass and theft in the 26800 block of Salmon River Highway. A male subject was arrested for criminal trespass in the second degree, theft in the third degree and on a valid Deschutes County Circuit Court warrant for DUII. He was transported to the Polk County Jail in Dallas.
• Suspicious activity reported in the 27100 block of Salmon River Highway.

Sunday, July 7

• Assist outside agency with a runaway juvenile in the 8400 block of Buffalo Lane.
• Citizen contact occurred in the 9600 block of Grand Ronde Road.
• Driving complaint received in the area of milepost 23 westbound on Salmon River Highway.
• Motorist assist occurred in the area of Highway 22 and Salmon River Highway in Willamina.
• Assist outside agency with a reported domestic disturbance in the area of Highway 22 and Salmon River Highway in Willamina.
• Assist outside agency with a traffic stop in the area of milepost 2 on Highway 22 in Willamina. A female subject was arrested for DUII (alcohol) and transported to the Polk County Jail in Dallas where she provided a breath sample of .17 percent blood alcohol content.
• Reported assault in the 9600 block of Tilixam Circle.
• Suspicious vehicle reported in the area of milepost 24 on Southwest Hebo Road.

• Citizen contact occurred in the 9600 block of Grand Ronde Road.

• Assist outside agency with suspicious activity in the area of Yamhill River Road and Salmon River Highway in Willamina. A male subject was arrested on a valid Clatsop County Circuit Court warrant and transported to the Polk County Jail in Dallas.
• Criminal trespass reported in the 27100 block of Salmon River Highway. A male subject was arrested for assault in the second degree, menacing, interfering with a police officer, criminal trespass in the second degree, criminal mischief and a valid Washington County Circuit Court warrant for failure to appear on assault in the fourth degree and criminal mischief charges. The male subject was transported to the Polk County Jail in Dallas.
• Driving complaint received in the area of milepost 22 eastbound on Salmon River Highway.

He was transported to the Polk County Jail in Dallas.

• Warrant arrest occurred at Big Buck campground. A male subject was contacted regarding illegal camping and arrested on a valid Oregon State Parole Board warrant for absconding. The male subject was transported to the Yamhill County Jail in McMinnville.
• Reported theft in the 26800 block of Salmon River Highway.
• Reported fraud in the 27100 block of Salmon River Highway.
• Assist outside agency with a reported domestic disturbance in the 900 block of West Main Street in Sheridan.
• Suspicious activity reported in the 8600 block of Fort Hill Road in Willamina.
• Traffic stop performed in the area of milepost 25 on Salmon River Highway in Willamina. A male subject was arrested for violating the conditions of his probation and transported to the Polk County Jail in Dallas.

• Reported theft in the 27100 block of Salmon River Highway. A male subject was arrested on a valid Yamhill County probation violation detention warrant, unlawful entry into a motor vehicle and theft in the third degree. He was transported to the Polk County Jail in Dallas.
