• Warrant arrest occurred in the 27100 block of Salmon River Highway. A male subject was arrested on a valid Morrow County Circuit Court warrant for probation violation and transported to the Polk County Jail in Dallas.
• Reported stolen vehicle in the 27100 block of Salmon River Highway.
• Reported fraud in the 27100 block of Salmon River Highway.
• Two vehicle noninjury crash in the area of Salmon Way and Grand Ronde Road.
• Suspicious activity reported in the 26000 block of Yamhill River Road.

Friday, Aug. 16

• Assist outside agency with a reported domestic disturbance in the 29000 block of Salmon River Highway. A male subject was arrested for domestic harassment and probation violation, and transported to the Polk County Jail in Dallas.
• Reported hit-and-run (property damage) in the 27100 block of Salmon River Highway.
• Traffic stop occurred in the area of milepost 24 on Salmon River Highway. A male subject was arrested for failure to report as a sex offender and transported to the Polk County Jail in Dallas.
• Assist outside agency with a recovered stolen vehicle in Salem.
• Warrant arrest occurred in the area of milepost 22 on Salmon River Highway. A male subject was issued a citation to appear on a valid Newberg Municipal Court and released.
• Warrant arrest occurred in the area of A.R. Ford and Newsome Drive. A male subject was arrested following a vehicle pursuit that resulted in a crash. The male subject was arrested for felony and misdemeanor elude, reckless driving, escape and interfering, and transported to the Polk County Jail in Dallas.
• Assist outside agency with a vehicle pursuit in the area of milepost 12 on Highway 22. A male subject was arrested and transported to the Polk County Jail in Dallas.

Saturday, Aug. 17

• Reported theft in the 27100 block of Salmon River Highway.
• Found property in the 9600 block of Southwest Hebo Road.
• Motorist assist performed in the 9600 block of Southwest Hebo Road.
• Suspicious activity reported in the 27100 block of Salmon River Highway.
• Motorist assist performed in the 9600 block of Southwest Hebo Road.
• Assist outside agency with a recovered stolen vehicle in Salem.

Sunday, Aug. 18

• Assist outside agency with a medical call in the area of Southwest Hebo Road and Salmon River Highway. Two subjects were transported by West Valley Fire personnel to Willamette Valley Medical Center in McMinnville to be evaluated for multiple bee stings.
• Assist outside agency with a reported suspicious vehicle in the area of milepost 5 on Highway 22. Four subjects were arrested for unlawful possession of methamphetamine and unlawful possession of heroin, and transported to the Polk County Jail in Dallas.
• Assist outside agency with a two vehicle crash in the area of Southwest Hebo Road and Salmon River Highway.
• Driving complaint reported in the 9600 block of Southwest Hebo Road.
• Assist outside agency with a single vehicle injury crash in the 26000 block of Yamhill River Road. A male subject was transported to Salem Hospital by West Valley Fire personnel.
• Assist outside agency with a traffic stop in the area of Willamina Creek and Fort Hill Road in Willamina. A male subject was arrested for unlawful possession of methamphetamine and transported to the Yamhill County Jail in McMinnville.

Monday, Aug. 19

• Suspicious activity reported in the area of Agency Creek and Service Road 112. A male subject was arrested on two valid Polk County Circuit Court warrants and providing false information, and transported to the Polk County Jail in Dallas. He also was issued citations to appear on two valid cite and release Municipal Court warrants.
• Assist outside agency with a reported criminal trespass in the 7500 block of Sawtell Road in Willamina.
• Driving complaint received in the area of milepost 22 on Salmon River Highway.

Tuesday, Aug. 20

• Warrant arrest occurred in the area of milepost 21 on Salmon River Highway. A male subject was arrested on a valid Yamhill County Circuit Court warrant and transported to the Yamhill County Jail in McMinnville.
• Reported illegal dumping of trash in the area of Tyee and Grand Ronde roads.
• Citizen contact occurred in the 27100 block of Salmon River Highway.
• Traffic stop occurred in the area of milepost 24 on Salmon River Highway. A male subject was issued citations for driving while suspended and driving uninsured, and his vehicle was impounded.

Wednesday, Aug. 21

• Traffic stop occurred in the area of milepost 23 on Salmon River Highway. A male subject was issued a citation for unlawful possession of marijuana under 21.
• Assist outside agency with a vehicle pursuit in the area of milepost 27 on Salmon River Highway. A male subject was taken into custody following a crash in the area of A.R. Ford Road and Ash Street. The male subject was arrested for felony and misdemeanor elude, reckless driving and unlawful possession of methamphetamine, and transported to the Polk County Jail in Dallas.

• Driving complaint received in the area of Highway 22 and Red Prairie Road.
• Assist outside agency with a warrant arrest in the area of Salmon River Highway and Jahn Road. A male subject was arrested on a valid warrant and transported to the Polk County Jail in Dallas.

• Traffic stop occurred in the area of milepost 27 on Salmon River Highway. Three subjects were arrested for unlawful possession of methamphetamine, unlawful delivery of methamphetamine and unlawful possession of heroin. All three subjects were transported to the Polk County Jail in Dallas.
• Citizen contact occurred in the 9500 block of Raven Loop.
• Reported theft in the 27100 block of Salmon River Highway.
• Suspicious vehicle reported in the 8500 block of Grand Ronde Road.

Saturday, Aug. 31

• Driving complaint received at milepost 26 westbound on Salmon River Highway.
• Traffic stop occurred in the area of milepost 28 on Salmon River Highway. A female subject was arrested on a valid Polk County Circuit Court warrant and transported to the Polk County Jail in Dallas.
• Suspicious activity reported in the 9600 block of Grand Ronde Road.

• Assist outside agency with a single vehicle rollover crash in the area of East Creek Road in Willamina.

Monday, Sept. 2

• Reported criminal trespass in the 27000 block of Andy Riggs Road. A male subject was arrested on a valid Yamhill County detention warrant and lodged at the Yamhill County Jail in McMinnville.
• Reported forgery in the 27100 block of Salmon River Highway.
• Assist outside agency with a reported domestic disturbance in the 500 block of Main Street in Willamina.
• Traffic stop occurred in the area of milepost 22 on Salmon River Highway. A male subject was arrested for DUII (alcohol) after providing a breath sample of .26 percent blood alcohol content.
• Illegal camping in the day-use area near Blacktail Drive. A female subject was arrested on a valid Yamhill County Circuit Court warrant for failure to appear and a male subject was arrested after he was found to be in violation of a valid no contact release agreement involving the female subject. Both subjects were transported to the Polk County Jail in Dallas.

Tuesday, Sept. 3

• Assist outside agency with a reported hit-and-run (property damage) in the 8600 block of Fort Hill Road.
• Assist outside agency with a suspicious subject in the 200 block of Lincoln Street in Sheridan.
• Assist outside agency with a vehicle pursuit in the area of milepost 3 on Red Prairie Road.
