Saturday, Feb. 15
- Citizen contact occurred in the 25600 block of Yamhill River Road. A male was arrested for previous charges including trespassing, interfering with a police officer, resisting arrest and escape. He was transported to the Polk County Jail in Dallas.
- Warrant attempt occurred in the 28300 block of Andy Riggs Road. A male was arrested on a valid warrant and transported to the Polk County Jail in Dallas.
- Assist outside agency with a car on fire in the area of Highway 22 and Enterprise Road. No one was injured.
- Counterfeit money reported in the 27100 block of Salmon River Highway.
Sunday, Feb. 16
- Assist outside agency in the 9600 block of Raven Loop.
- Assist outside agency with a medical assistance request in the area of South Lake
- Missing property reported in the 27100 block of Salmon River Highway.
- Citizen contact occurred at milepost 21 on Highway 18.
- Domestic disturbance reported in the 9600 block of Tilixam Circle.
- Assist outside agency with a domestic disturbance in the 25200 block of Yamhill River Road.
Monday, Feb. 17
- Citizen contact occurred in the 9600 block of Tilixam Circle. A female was arrested on a previous charge of domestic violence and was transported to the Polk County Jail in Dallas.
- Assist outside agency with a report of menacing in the 25600 block of Yamhill River Road.
- A welfare check occurred in the area of milepost 27 on Highway 18. A female was walking on the side of the road. A family member was called to assist.
Tuesday, Feb. 18
- Assist outside agency with a warrant attempt in the 8600 block of Fort Hill Road.
- Assist outside agency with reported suspicious activity in the 24900 block of Grand Ronde Road.
- Assist outside agency with a disturbance in the Willamina area.
Wednesday, Feb. 19
- Assist outside agency with an unsecured building in the 8600 block of Grand Ronde Road. Stood by until the property owner arrived.

- Assist outside agency with suspicious activity reported in the area of Hall and Fort Hill roads.
- Driving complaint received at milepost 16 westbound on Highway 22. Unable to locate vehicle.
- Reported theft in the 27100 block of Salmon River Highway. A male was arrested for theft and criminal mischief.
- Citizen contact occurred in the 9600 block of Grand Ronde Road.
- Intoxicated subject in the 27100 block of Salmon River Highway. A male was transported home.
- Assist outside agency with a domestic disturbance in the Willamina area.
- Assist outside agency with locating a DUII vehicle.
- Reported theft in the 27100 block of Salmon River Highway. A male was arrested for theft and unlawful entry into a vehicle.
Saturday, Feb. 22
- Assist outside agency with a warrant attempt in the 27700 block of Andy Riggs Road.
- Assist outside agency with a suicidal subject in the 53500 block of Sourgrass Road. Injuries were minor and the subject was transported to the hospital.
- Assist outside agency with a burglary in progress in the 9600 block of May Yocum Road. Incident turned out to be juveniles hanging out.

- Assist outside agency with a single vehicle crash in the area of Hebo Road.
- Assist outside agency with an attempt to locate a hit-and-run vehicle in the area of Highway 22. The vehicle was not located.
- Assist outside agency with reported suspicious activity in the 21300 block of Highway 22. A male was located and arrested on multiple charges.
- Assist outside agency with locating a vehicle involved in a crash in the area of highways 18B and 22.
- Welfare check performed in the 8500 block of Grand Ronde Road.
Monday, Feb. 24
- Reported theft in the 27100 block of Salmon River Highway.
- Assist outside agency with a cover request for an assault in the Sheridan area.
- Suspicious activity reported in the 25600 block of Yamhill River Road.
- Assist outside agency with a traffic stop in the area of milepost 27 on Highway 18. The driver was arrested for DUII.

- Drug complaint in the 27100 block of Salmon River Highway. A female was arrested on valid warrants and possession of methamphetamines and heroin, interfering with a police officer and escape. She was transported to the Polk County Jail in Dallas.
- Citizen contact occurred in the 9600 block of Grand Ronde Road.
- Assist outside agency by providing cover during a search warrant attempt in Sheridan.
- Assist outside agency with a domestic disturbance in the 9300 block of Hebo Road. A male was arrested for reckless endangering.
- Welfare check occurred in the 9600 block of Raven Loop. A female was found deceased in the home.
- Report runaway in the 9600 block of Raven Loop.
- Suspicious vehicle reported in 9600 block of Grand Ronde Road.
- Reported intoxicated driver in the area of milepost 21 on Highway 18. A male was arrested for DUII.
