Friday, March 6

• Citizen contact occurred in the 9600 block of Grand Ronde Road. A female was arrested for driving under the influence of intoxicants and transported to the Polk County Jail in Dallas.
• Emotionally distressed person reported in the 9600 block of Raven Loop.
• Citizen contact occurred in the 9600 block of Grand Ronde Road. A male was arrested for a valid warrant out of Polk County and transported to the Polk County Jail in Dallas.
• Assist outside agency with a medical assist in the 9500 block of Raven Loop. A female was transported to the hospital.
• Assist outside agency with a reported disturbance in the 8200 block of Grand Ronde Road.
• Assist outside agency with an alarm in the 8300 block of King Road. It turned out to be a false alarm.
• Driving complaint reported in the area of Highway 22 and Red Prairie Road. A male was arrested for driving under the influence of intoxicants and reckless driving.

Saturday, March 7

• Assist outside agency with a reported disturbance in the 8200 block of Grand Ronde Road. A male was arrested and transported to the Polk County Jail in Dallas.
• A welfare check was conducted in the Sheridan area. A male was determined to be fine.
• Assist outside agency with a crash in the area of milepost 15 on Highway 18. A vehicle was flipped on to its side. The driver was removed from the vehicle and transported to the hospital with minor injuries.
• Warrant attempt occurred in the 9500 block of Raven Loop.
• Assist outside agency with an emotionally distressed person in the 28300 block of Andy Riggs Road.
• Suspicious vehicle reported in the area of Highway 18 and Hebo Road.
• Reported crash in the 2700 block of Salmon River Highway.

Sunday, March 8

• Suspicious vehicle reported in the area of milepost 25 on Highway 18.
• Suspicious vehicle reported in the area of milepost 2 on Agency Creek Road.
• Citizen contact occurred in the 9600 block of Grand Ronde Road.
• Assist outside agency with an emotionally distressed person in the 27000 block of Andy Riggs Road.  
• Citizen contact occurred in the 8500 block of Grand Ronde Road. A male was arrested on a valid warrant and transported to the Polk County Jail in Dallas.
• Assist outside agency with an attempt to locate a vehicle in the area of milepost 19 on Highway 18.
• Assist outside agency with citizen contact in the 8500 block of Grand Ronde Road.

Monday, March 9

• Suspicious vehicle reported in the 27100 block of Salmon River Highway.
• Report of deceased person in the 48000 block of Blacktail Drive.
• Criminal mischief reported in the 9600 block of Tilixam Circle.
• Assist outside agency with a 911 hang-up call in the 22300 block of Finn Road.
• Assist outside agency with a reported domestic disturbance in the Sheridan area.

• Assist outside agency with a welfare check in the 49200 block of Hebo Road.
• Citizen contact occurred in the 27100 block of Salmon River Highway.

• Assist outside agency with a welfare check in the Willamina area.
• Assist outside agency with a reported hit-and-run in the 28800 block of Salmon River Highway.
• Citizen contact occurred in the 9600 block of Grand Ronde Road. A female was cited and released for valid municipal warrant.
• Citizen contact occurred in the 9600 block of Grand Ronde Road.
• Citizen contact occurred in the 9600 block of Tilixam Circle.
• Suspicious vehicle reported in the 27100 block of Salmon River Highway.

Wednesday, March 11

• Theft reported in the 27100 block of Salmon River Highway.
• Theft reported in the 27100 block of Salmon River Highway.
• Citizen contact occurred in the 27100 block of Salmon River Highway.
• Assist outside agency with a suspicious person in the 22800 block of Grand Ronde Road.

Thursday, March 12

• Assist outside agency with citizen contact in the 9600 block of Grand Ronde Road. A male was arrested for a crime that occurred in Monmouth and was transported to the Polk County Jail and delivered to the Monmouth Police Department.
• Assist outside agency with a welfare check in the 9500 block of Raven Loop.
• Reported runaway in the 9600 block of Raven Loop.
• Domestic disturbance reported in the 24100 block of Salmon River Highway. A female was arrested for harassment and trespass, and transported to the Polk County Jail in Dallas.

Friday, March 13

• Reported burglary in the 28700 block of Salmon River Highway.
• Citizen contact occurred in the 9600 block of Grand Ronde Road.
• Driving complaint received in the area of milepost 19 on Highway 18.
• Assist outside agency with a disturbance in the 8200 block of Grand Ronde Road.

Saturday, March 14

• Emotionally distressed person reported in the 22600 block of Highway 18B.
• Assist outside agency with a report of shots fired in the 25600 block of Yamhill River Road.
• Assist outside agency with an emotionally distressed person in the 8300 block of King Road. A male was transported to a local hospital.

• Citizen contact occurred in the area of Raven Loop.
• Assist outside agency with information follow-up in the 26800 block of Salmon River Highway.
• Suspicious vehicle reported in the 27100 block of Salmon River Highway.
• Assist outside agency with a driving complaint in the area of milepost 18 on Highway 18.

Monday, March 16

• Welfare check performed in the Salem area.
• Traffic stop in the 9600 block of Grand Ronde Road. A male driver had a valid warrant out of Yamhill County and was arrested and transported to the Yamhill County Jail in McMinnville.
• Traffic stop in the 9600 block of Grand Ronde Road. A female passenger was arrested for possession of methamphetamines, issued a citation and released.
• Assist outside agency with a domestic disturbance in the area of Willamina.
• Assist outside agency with a fight in progress in the Sheridan area.
• Assist outside agency with an attempt to locate a stolen vehicle out of Lincoln County.
• Emotionally distressed person in the area of Highway 18 and Fire Hall Road. The male was transported to a care home.

Tuesday, March 17

• Traffic assist occurred in the area of milepost 22 on Highway 18. A male was given a courtesy ride.
• Civil issue in the 25400 block of Grand Ronde Road.
• Reported trespass in the 27100 block of Salmon River Highway.
• Emotionally distressed person in the 22900 block of Salmon River Highway. A female was transported to a local hospital.
• Citizen contact occurred in the Willamina area. Two juveniles were out after curfew and were taken home.
• Suspicious vehicle reported in the 9600 block of Grand Ronde Road.

Wednesday, March 18

• Driving complaint received in the area of milepost 9 on Highway 22.
• Driving complaint received in the area of milepost 15 on Highway 22.
• Animal complaint received in the 9600 block of Tilixam Circle.
