• Deceased person reported in the 48700 block of Eagle Loop. A female was transported to a local hospital.
• Assist outside agency with a domestic disturbance in the Willamina area.
• Alarm went off in the 28400 block of Tyee Road. It was a false alarm.

Saturday, April 4

• Alarm went off in the 28400 block of Tyee Road. It was a false alarm.
• Assist outside agency with a domestic disturbance in the Sheridan area.

Sunday, April 5

• Drug complaint received in the 26800 block of Salmon River Highway. A male was issued a citation for possession of cocaine.
• Driving complaint reported in the area of milepost 34 on Highway 18.
• Suspicious vehicle reported in the 8400 block of Grand Ronde Road.

Monday, April 6

• Alarm went off in the 9600 block of Grand Ronde Road. It was a false alarm.
• Driving complaint reported in the area of milepost 37 on Highway 18.
• Assist outside agency with a single vehicle crash in the area of Yamhill River and Gold Creek roads.
• Citizen contact occurred in the 9600 block of Raven Loop.
• Alarm went off in the 28400 block of Tyee Road. It was a false alarm.

Tuesday, April 7

• Assist outside agency with a domestic disturbance in the 8300 block of King Road.
• Attempt to locate vehicle from the Salem area.
• Citizen contact occurred in the 8500 block of Grand Ronde Road. A male was arrested and issued a citation for a valid Yamhill County warrant.
• Assist outside agency with a vehicle pursuit in the area of milepost 24 on Highway 18. The vehicle was stopped and the driver was cited for elude and reckless driving.
• Assist outside agency with a domestic disturbance in the Dallas area. A suspect was contacted in the 28800 block of Salmon River Highway. The suspect was taken into custody.
• Shots reportedly fired in the area of Raven Loop.

Wednesday, April 8

• Assist outside agency with a driving complaint in the area of milepost 16 eastbound on Salmon River Highway.
• Traffic stop occurred in the area of milepost 26 on Salmon River Highway. A male subject was arrested for DUII (controlled substance), unlawful possession of heroin and a valid Washington County parole violation warrant. He was transported to the Polk County Jail in Dallas.
• Welfare check in the area of Raven Loop and Tilixam Circle.

Thursday, April 9

• Driving complaint reported in the area of milepost 19 on Highway 22.
• Suspicious activity reported in the 27400 block of Salmon River Highway.
• Trespassing reported in the area of Agency Creek.
• Driving complaint received in the area of milepost 4 on Highway 18.

• Suspicious vehicle reported in the area of Hebo Road and Highway 18.
• Citizen contact occurred in the 9600 block of Tilixam Circle.
• Suspicious activity reported in the 9500 block of Raven Loop.

• Driving complaint reported in the area of milepost 7 on Highway 22.
• Domestic disturbance reported in the area of Grand Ronde and McPherson roads.
• Two vehicle crash occurred in the area of Grand Ronde and Agency Creek roads.
• Assist outside agency when medics responded to the 9600 block of Tilixam Circle.

• Illegal dumping reported in the area of Fire Hall and Andy Riggs roads.

• Assist outside agency by covering a Yamhill County Sheriffs’ Office deputy on a traffic stop.

• Assist outside agency by covering for a Yamhill County Sheriffs’ Office deputy in the area of Highway 18B and Yamhill River Road.
• Welfare check performed in the 48000 block of Dragonfly Drive.

• Citizen contact occurred in the 9600 block of Grand Ronde Road.
• Suspicious vehicle reported in the area of milepost 17 on Highway 18. Two males were advised about trespassing.

Wednesday, April 15

• Assist outside agency with a single vehicle crash in the area of milepost 27 on Highway 18.
• Citizen contact occurred in the area of Grand Ronde Road.
• Assist outside agency with reported trespassing in the area of Fire Hall Road.

• Assist outside agency with locating two people wanted by McMinnville Police Department. A male and female were issued citations by a McMinnville officer.
• Citizen contact occurred in Tribal housing because of a large gathering of people in the area. People dispersed without incident.
• Welfare check performed in the area of Yamhill River and Gold Creek roads.
• Assist outside agency with a welfare check in the 28800 block of Salmon River Highway.
