Attempt to locate male with a gun to his head in the area of milepost 2 on Highway 18. Officers were unable to locate.
Suspicious vehicle reported in the area of Gold Creek and Yamhill River roads.
Citizen contact occurred in the 28800 block of Salmon River Highway.
Telephonic harassment call reported in the 9500 block of Raven Loop.
Report of child neglect in the 9500 block of Raven Loop.
Citizen contact occurred in the 29600 block of Joe Day Way.
Welfare check performed in the 48600 block of Dragonfly Drive. Everything was OK.
Property found in the 27100 block of Salmon River Highway.
Report of a domestic disturbance in the 27100 block of Salmon River Highway. Determined no crime for domestic dispute, but a male driver was cited and released for misdemeanor driving while suspended.
Assist outside agency with a two vehicle crash in the area of Highway 18 and King Road. A male was arrested for DUII.
Assist outside agency with a cover request on a suspicious vehicle in the area of milepost 19 on Highway 18.

Saturday, Nov. 14

Reported trespass in the 28600 block of Salmon River Highway. Two males were cited for criminal trespass.
Reported burglary in the 9600 block of Raven Loop. Officers searched the home and everything was OK.
Welfare check performed in the 27100 block of Salmon River Highway. A male was checked on and everything was fine.
Assist outside agency with a domestic disturbance in the 28200 block of Andy Riggs Road. Polk County deputies arrived and handled the call.
Traffic stop occurred in the area of milepost 24 on Highway 18. The driver did not have identification and was cited for failure to carry and present.
Assist outside agency with a single vehicle crash into a fallen tree in the area of milepost 13 on Hebo Road.
Assist outside agency with reported menacing in the 55700 block of Hebo Road.
Drugs found in the 27100 block of Salmon River Highway.

Sunday, Nov. 15

Suspicious vehicle reported in the 8400 block of Grand Ronde Road. A male had a valid warrant and was cited and released for the warrant.
Assist outside agency with trespass in the 27600 block of Andy Riggs Road. A male was arrested for trespassing.
Traffic stop in the area of milepost 22 on Highway 18. A male had a valid warrant and was arrested and transported to the Polk County Jail in Dallas.
Assist outside agency with a cover request in the Sheridan area for a disturbance.
Theft reported in the 27100 block of Salmon River Highway. A male was arrested for first-degree theft and a valid warrant. He was transported to the Polk County Jail in Dallas.

Monday, Nov. 16

Assist outside agency with a single vehicle crash in the area of milepost 16 on Highway 18.
Civil contact occurred in the 9600 block of Raven Loop.
Reported assault in the 9600 block of Raven Loop. Two juvenile females were arrested for second- and fourth-degree assault.
Assist outside agency with a driving complaint in the area of milepost 15 on Highway 18. Oregon State Police arrived on scene and arrested the female driver for DUII.
Attempt to locate a vehicle in the 27100 block of Salmon River Highway. A male and female were believed to be in a domestic disturbance, but the report was unfounded.
Responded to a single vehicle crash in the area of Highway 18 and Jahn Road. A male driver was arrested for DUII.

Tuesday, Nov. 17

Crash reported in the area of Grand Ronde and McPherson roads.
Drugs found in the 27100 block of Salmon River Highway.
Driving complaint received in the area of milepost 32 on Highway 18. Officers were unable to locate.
Assist outside agency with a report of a wanted person in the 27100 block of Salmon River Highway. The male was not located.
Suspicious vehicle reported in the 9600 block of Grand Ronde Road.
Assist outside agency an attempt to locate a stolen vehicle out of Lincoln City. The vehicle was located there.

Traffic assist in the 9600 block of Grand Ronde Road. The driver had issues getting vehicle started.
Trespass reported in the 27100 block of Salmon River Highway.
Report of a possible suicidal subject in the 28400 block of McPherson Road. Spoke with subject and everything was fine.
Citizen contact occurred in the 27100 block of Salmon River Highway. A female was locked out of her vehicle.

Report of a menacing in the area of Grand Ronde and Andy Riggs roads. The vehicle was stopped and a male was arrested for possession of Xanax.
Assist outside agency with a domestic disturbance in the 28800 block of Salmon River Highway. Officers remained on scene until Polk County deputies arrived.
Assist outside agency with reported menacing in the 55700 block of Hebo Road.
Drug complaint received in the 27100 block of Salmon River Highway. A female was cited and released for possession of meth.

Assist outside agency with a reported menacing in the area of Firehall and Andy Riggs roads. Polk County deputies arrived and arrested a female suspect.
Assist outside agency with a cover request for a pursuit in the area of milepost 26 on Highway 18. Polk County deputies arrested a female for DUII.
Noise complaint received in the 120 block of Wind River Drive.

Report of a hit-and-run in the 27100 block of Salmon River Highway. A male was cited for failure to perform the duties of a driver.
Suspicious vehicle reported in the 27100 block of Salmon River Highway. A male and female were arrested for possession of heroin and meth.
Suspicious vehicle reported in the 27100 block of Salmon River Highway. A male was arrested for possession of a stolen vehicle and for a valid warrant. He was transported to the Polk County Jail in Dallas.

Theft reported in the 27100 block of Salmon River Highway.
Suspicious vehicle reported in the 27100 block of Salmon River Highway. Two females were arrested for possession of heroin and meth.
Assist outside agency with reported trespass in the area of milepost 15 on Highway 18. A male was arrested for valid warrants, possession of a controlled substance and possession of concealed weapons.
Traffic hazard reported in the area of milepost 24 on Hebo Road. The report of mules in the road was unfounded.

Driving complaint received in the area of milepost 16 on Highway 18. Officers were unable to locate the vehicle.
Assist outside agency with a single vehicle crash in the area of milepost 26 on Highway 18.
Noise complaint received in the 9600 block of Tilixam Circle.
Suspicious activity reported in the 27100 block of Salmon River Highway. A male was charged for forgery and possession of a forged instrument.

Wednesday, Nov. 25

Assist outside agency with a three vehicle crash in the area of milepost 23 on Highway 18.
Welfare check performed in the 27100 block of Salmon River Highway. Report of female being held against her will. Officers contacted the female and she said she was fine, but she had a valid warrant and was arrested.
Assist outside agency with a fight in the Willamina area.
Assist outside agency with cover on a traffic stop where drugs were located.

Thursday, Nov. 26

Traffic stop occurred in the area of milepost 26 on Highway 18. A male driver had a valid warrant and was transported to the Polk County Jail in Dallas.
Suspicious vehicle reported in the area of milepost 18 on Highway 18. Officers checked the area and the vehicle was gone.
Attempt to locate possible DUII driver in the area of milepost 1 on Highway 18. The vehicle was located and the driver was not impaired.
Assist outside agency by providing cover to Oregon State Police on a traffic stop in the area of Highway 18 and Hebo Road.
Drug complaint received in the 27100 block of Salmon River Highway. Two males were cited and released for possession of MDMA (ecstasy) and cocaine.

Friday, Nov. 27

Crash in the area of milepost 19 on Highway 18. The vehicle was taped off to avoid future calls.
Citizen contact occurred in the 9600 block of Raven Loop.
Citizen contact in the 9600 block of Tilixam Circle. Resident was locked out of their home.
Drug complaint received in the 27100 block of Salmon River Highway. A male and female were cited and released for possession of meth and heroin.
Trespass reported in the 27100 block of Salmon River Highway. A male left the area intoxicated. He was stopped and arrested for DUII.

Driving complaint received in the area of milepost 10 on Highway 22. The vehicle pulled off before reaching the Grand Ronde area.

Property found in the 46900 block of Hebo Road. Two wallets were turned into police.
Assist outside agency with a civil service in the 120 block of Wind River Drive.
Driving complaint reported in the area of Highway 18 and Steel Bridge Road. Officers were unable to locate the vehicle.
Traffic assist occurred in the area of milepost 26 on Highway 18. A vehicle pulled onto the side of the road with its flashers on.
Assist outside agency with a report of an intoxicated driver in the area of Firehall Road and Highway 18. The vehicle crashed and a male was arrested for DUII.

Assist outside agency in locating a suspect for trespassing. A male was located and cited.
Assist outside agency with a cover request in the Sheridan area.
Driving complaint received in the area of milepost 29 on Highway 18. Officers were unable to locate the vehicle.
Drug complaint at Spirit Mountain Casino. The female involved was located and no controlled substances were found.
Traffic stop occurred in the area of Highway 18B and Yamhill River Road. A vehicle stopped then took off and then stopped again. The driver was issued violation citations.

Monday, Nov. 30

Suspicious vehicle reported in the area of milepost 23 on Highway 18.
Trespass reported in the 9600 block of Hebo Road. The driver was told to leave the area.
Assist outside agency with a cover request for a disturbance in the Willamina area.
Reported theft in the 48800 block of Blacktail Drive.
Reported criminal mischief in the 9600 block of Hebo Road.
Suspicious vehicle reported in the area of Hebo Road and Highway 18.
Fireworks complaint received in the 25300 block of Grand Ronde Road.
Suspicious vehicle reported in the area of Highway 18B and Yamhill River Road.
Assist outside agency with a medical call in the 8300 block of King Road. Officer assisted until medics arrived.
Drug complaint received in the 27100 block of Salmon River Highway. Multiple people were arrested for valid warrants.

Tuesday, Dec. 1

Assist outside agency with a two vehicle crash in the area of milepost 5 on Highway 22.
Civil issue in the 9600 block of Tilixam Circle.
Intoxicated driver reported in the 27100 block of Salmon River Highway. The vehicle was later located by Salem Police officers and the driver was arrested for DUII.
Traffic assist performed in the area of milepost 27 on Highway 18. A semi-truck had some of its load shift.
Assist outside agency with a single vehicle crash in the area of milepost 24 on Hebo Road.
Suspicious vehicle reported in the area of milepost 25 on Highway 18.
Driving complaint received in the area of milepost 24 on Highway 18. A vehicle drove past construction work and the driver was possibly intoxicated. The vehicle was located and the driver was not intoxicated.
Attempt to locate a stolen vehicle out of Salem. The vehicle was believed to be headed to Lincoln City, but officers never saw it.

Assist outside agency with a parole and probation in the area of Newsome Drive.
Citizen contact occurred in the 9600 block of Grand Ronde Road.
Driving complaint received in the area of milepost 25 on Highway 18. Possible intoxicated driver. The vehicle was located and the driver was not intoxicated.
Report of a fight in the 27100 block of Salmon River Highway. A male was cited and released for a valid warrant.
Report of an intoxicated driver in the 27100 block of Salmon River Highway. The driver was located and arrested for DUII.

Drug complaint received in the 27100 block of Salmon River Highway. A male was arrested for possession of heroin and meth, delivery of heroin, giving false information to a police officer, misdemeanor driving while suspended and two valid felony warrants.
