Wednesday, March 1

  • Citizen contact occurred in the 9600 block of Grand Ronde Road.
  • Officers received a call about found property in 8700 block of Grand Ronde Road.
  • Officers responded to a crash on Highway 18 near milepost 19. Officers determined it was an old crash from a few days before.
  • Officers responded to a reported theft in the 27100 block of Salmon River Highway.

Thursday, March 2

  • Citizen contact occurred in the 28000 block of McPherson Road.

Friday, March 3

  • Officers assisted an outside agency with a menace call in the 200 block of Hill Drive. Officers arrived at the location and assisted taking the subjects into custody.
  • Officers responded to a fraud call in the 27100 block of Salmon River Highway. Officers arrived and determined fraudulent bills were used.
  • Officers went out with a suspicious vehicle in the 27100 block of Salmon River Highway.
  • Officers responded to a reported theft call in the 26800 block of Salmon River Highway. Officers arrived and retrieved the items that were taken. Officers later learned that the subject had a warrant for her arrest and took her into custody.
  • Citizen contact occurred in the 9600 block of Grand Ronde Road.
  • A suspicious vehicle was reported in the 29000 block of Salmon River Highway.

Saturday, March 4

  • Officers assisted an outside agency with taking a subject into custody.
  • Officers responded to a soliciting call in the 27100 block of Salmon River Highway.
  • Officers assisted an outside agency regarding a vehicle crash on Highway 18 near milepost 19. Officers arrived and determined the subject was impaired and arrested the subject for DUII.

Sunday, March 5

  • Officers stopped a vehicle for a speeding violation and determined the driver’s license was suspended at a criminal level and arrested the subject.
  • Officers assisted an outside agency on a vehicle stop.
  • Officers conducted a welfare check in the 8500 block of Grand Ronde Road.
  • Citizen contact occurred in the 9600 block of Grand Ronde Road.

Monday, March 6

  • Officers stopped a vehicle for failing to obey a traffic control device. Officers determined the driver’s driving privileges were suspended at a criminal level and the driver was arrested.
  • Officers received a driving complaint in the 9600 block of Grand Ronde Road.
  • Officers received a driving complaint on Highway 18 near milepost 26. Officers were out of position and unable to locate the vehicle.
  • Officers assisted an outside agency in the 400 block of Main Street in Willamina for a report of a domestic disturbance.
  • Officers assisted an outside agency in the 22000 block of Rock Creek Road for an emotionally disturbed person.
  • Officers removed hazardous material that was in the middle of the highway near milepost 26 on Highway 18.

Tuesday, March 7

  • Officers assisted an outside agency with an investigation and provided the agency with important information.
  • Officers assisted an outside agency on a disturbance call on Bridge Street in Willamina.

Wednesday, March 8

  • Officers responded to a non-injury vehicle crash at the intersection of Highway 18 and Grand Ronde Road.
  • Officers conducted a welfare check in the 48000 block of Dragonfly Loop.
  • Officers responded to a reported theft call in the 27100 block of Salmon River Highway.
  • Officers assisted an outside agency in locating a subject with an outstanding warrant.
  • Officers responded to an overdose call on Fire Hall Road. Officers provided the subject with Narcan and CPR, which helped the subject regain consciousness.
  • A suspicious vehicle was reported on Hebo Road near milepost 24.
  • Officers assisted an outside agency with a suicidal subject call in the area of Highway 18B and Oaken Hills Drive in Willamina.

Thursday, March 9

  • Officers responded to a theft call in the 27100 block of Salmon River Highway.
  • Officers assisted an outside agency in locating a subject who had a warrant for his arrest in the 55000 block of Hebo Road.
  • Citizen contact occurred in the 9600 block of Grand Ronde Road.
  • A drug complaint was reported in the 27100 block of Salmon River Highway.

Friday, March 10

  • Officers received a driving complaint on Highway 18 near milepost 13, but were unable to locate the vehicle.
  • Officers received a civil call in the 27100 block of Salmon River Highway.
  • Citizen contact occurred in the 9600 block of Grand Ronde Road.
  • A suspicious vehicle was reported in the 23000 block of Yamhill River Road.
  • Officers received a telephonic harassment call in the area of Ead Creek Loop.

Saturday, March 11

  • Officers attempted a traffic stop on Highway 18 near milepost 25 for a speeding violation. The vehicle eluded and sped away at a high rate of speed. Due to the reckless and careless behavior, officers terminated the pursuit.
  • Officers received a driving complaint on Highway 22 near milepost 15 headed westbound. Officers located the vehicle, but did not see any violations or bad driving behavior.
  • Officers conducted a traffic stop on Highway 18 near milepost 26. Officers determined the driver was on probation and had failed to check in. Officers arrested the driver.
  • Officers responded to a theft call in the 27100 block of Salmon River Highway.
  • Officers received a complaint about trespassers in the 48000 block of Hebo Road. Officers responded and were unable to locate anyone trespassing.

Sunday, March 12

  • Officers assisted an outside agency with a vehicle that spun out onto a field on Highway 18 near milepost 26
  • Officers responded to a reported theft in the 27100 block of Salmon River Highway.
  • Citizen contact occurred in the 9600 block of Grand Ronde Road.
  • Officers responded to a fraud call in the 27100 block of Salmon River Highway.
  • Officers responded to a trespass call in the 27100 block of Salmon River Highway.
  • Officers responded to a criminal mischief call in the 27100 block of Salmon River Highway. Officers learned the victim’s vehicle had been broken into and had significant damage to the ignition area.
  • Officers received a stolen vehicle report in the 27100 block of Salmon River Highway.
  • Officers located a stolen vehicle in the 27100 block of Salmon River Highway. The vehicle was unoccupied.
  • Officers received multiple reports of males setting off vehicle alarms in the 27100 block of Salmon River Highway.
  • Officers received a driving complaint in the 9600 block of Grand Ronde Road.

Monday, March 13

  • A drug complaint was reported in the 27100 block of Salmon River Highway.
  • Officers conducted a welfare check in the area of Wind River Drive.
  • Officers assisted an outside agency in taking a subject into custody.

Tuesday, March 14

  • Officers assisted a motorist at the Highway 18 and Grand Ronde Road intersection.
  • Officers assisted an outside agency in the 7900 block of Fire Hall Road.
  • A drug complaint was reported in the 27100 block of Salmon River Highway.
  • Officers located a vehicle trespassing and parked on private property in the 9600 block of Grand Ronde Road. Officers determined the subject had a warrant and arrested the subject.

Wednesday, March 15

  • A drug complaint was received in the 27100 block of Salmon River Highway.
  • Officers assisted an outside agency in the area of Alvord Valley.
  • Officers assisted an outside agency with a report of a multi-vehicle crash at the intersection of Highway 18 and Gopher Valley Road.
  • Officers responded to a report of trespass in the 27100 block of Salmon River Highway.

 

Thursday, March 16

  • Officers responded to crash at Highway 18 and Grand Ronde Road.
  • Officers assisted the state Department of Human Services with a report.
  • Officers conducted a traffic stop and determined the driver had a warrant. Officers arrested the driver.

Friday, March 17

  • Citizen contact occurred in the 9600 block of Grand Ronde Road.
  • Citizen contact occurred in the 9600 block of Grand Ronde Road.
  • Citizen contact occurred in the 25300 block of Blue Jay Court.
  • Officers received a call about a hit-and-run in the 27100 block of Salmon River Highway.
  • Officers received a driving complaint on Highway 22 near milepost 2 headed westbound. Officers were unable to locate the vehicle.
  • Officers received a driving complaint on Highway 22 near milepost 6 headed westbound. Officers located the vehicle, but the driving behavior was fine and officers noted no violations.
  • Citizen contact occurred in the 9600 block of Raven Loop.

Saturday, March 18

  • A drug complaint was reported in the 27100 block of Salmon River Highway.
  • Officers responded to the 27100 block of Salmon River Highway for a report of an emotionally disturbed person.
  • Officers assisted medics on a call in the 27100 block of Salmon River Highway.

Sunday, March 19

  • Officers responded to a theft call in the 26800 block of Salmon River Highway.
  • A suspicious vehicle was reported in the 8500 block of Grand Ronde Road.
  • Citizen contact occurred in the 27100 block of Salmon River Highway.
  • Officers responded to a reported trespass in the 26800 block of Salmon River Highway.
  • Officers assisted an outside agency and responded to a welfare check in the area of Fire Hall Road regarding two occupants slumped over in a vehicle.
  • Officers located a subject in the 8700 block of Grand Ronde Road and warned the subject for trespass.
  • A welfare check was performed in the 25300 block of Blue Jay Court.

Monday, March 20

  • Officers located a subject who had a warrant for their arrest. Officers arrested the subject.
  • Officers received a driving complaint on Highway 18, but were unable to locate the vehicle.
  • Officers assisted an outside agency with a civil standby in the 400 block of Main Street.
  • Officers responded to a trespass call in the 9600 block of Raven Loop.
  • Citizen contact occurred in the area of Wind River Drive.

Tuesday, March 21

  • A suspicious vehicle was reported in the 9600 block of Hebo Road.
  • Officers received a trespass call in the 27100 block of Salmon River Highway.
  • Officers assisted an outside agency in the 25300 block of Grand Ronde Road.
  • Citizen contact occurred in the 27100 block of Salmon River Highway.
  • A suspicious vehicle was reported in the 27100 block of Salmon River Highway.
  • Officers assisted an outside agency in the 28800 block of Salmon River Highway on a welfare check.
  • Officers assisted an outside agency in the 200 block of Cherry Hill Road.

Wednesday, March 22

  • Officers responded to a theft call in the 9600 block of Grand Ronde Road.
  • A driving complaint was received on Highway 18 near milepost 4. Officers were on a call and not available to respond.
  • A suspicious vehicle was reported in the 27100 block of Salmon River Highway.
  • Citizen contact occurred in the 9600 block of Grand Ronde Road.
  • A traffic assist was performed on Highway 18 near milepost 25.
  • A driving complaint was received on Highway 18 near milepost 23. Officers were unable to locate the vehicle.
  • A suspicious vehicle was reported in the area of milepost 24 on Hebo Road.

Thursday, March 23

  • Officers responded to a theft call in the 27100 block of Salmon River Highway.
  • Citizen contact occurred in the 9600 block of Grand Ronde Road.
  • Officers assisted a citizen with a vehicle lockout in the 27100 block of Salmon River Highway.
  • A driving complaint was received in the 8400 block of Grand Ronde Road. Officers located the vehicle, but did not see any signs of erratic driving behavior.
  • Officers assisted an outside agency on a crash on Highway 18 near milepost 33.
  • A suspicious vehicle was reported in the 9600 block of Hebo Road.

Friday, March 24

  • Officers assisted an outside agency on Ash Street for a report of a fight in progress.
  • Officers conducted a traffic stop on Highway 18 near milepost 27. Officers noticed signs of impairment and arrested the driver for DUII.
  • Officers responded to a theft call in the 26800 block of Salmon River Highway.
  • Officers responded to a theft call in the 26000 block of Salmon River Highway. Officers were later made aware the subject had a valid warrant for their arrest.

Saturday, March 25

  • Officers responded to a fraud call in the 25300 block of Blue Jay Court.
  • Officers received information about a crash on Highway 18 near milepost 4. Officers forwarded the information to Oregon State Police.
  • Officers assisted a subject with a vehicle lockout in the 27100 block of Salmon River Highway.
  • Suspicious activity was reported in the 27100 block of Salmon River Highway.
  • A suspicious vehicle was reported in the area of Wind River Drive.
  • Officers assisted an outside agency with a fire call.

Sunday, March 26

  • Officers received a trespass call in the 26800 block of Salmon River Highway. Officers located the vehicle and conducted a traffic stop. Officers determined the driver had an outstanding warrant for his arrest and located weapons along with contraband inside the vehicle. The driver was arrested.
  • A traffic assist occurred on Highway 18 near milepost 27.
  • Officers assisted an outside agency in the 700 block of Main Street in Willamina for a physical domestic.

Monday, March 27

  • Officers located a subject in the 9600 block of Grand Ronde Road who had a warrant for their arrest. Officers arrested the subject without incident.
  • Suspicious activity was reported in the 27100 block of Salmon River Highway.
  • Officers assisted an outside agency with a suspicious activity call in the 7600 block of Fire Hall Road.
  • Officers received a trespass call on a property near Highway 18 at milepost 23. As officers arrived they located a vehicle that was getting ready to leave. Officers conducted a traffic stop and learned that the driver had a warrant. Officers also located drugs along with weapons inside the vehicle. Officers arrested the driver.

Tuesday, March 28

  • Officers assisted an outside agency with a found weapon in the 8300 block of Rowell Creek Road.
  • A suspicious vehicle was reported in the area of Highway 18 near milepost 23.
  • Officers conducted a welfare check in the 27100 block of Salmon River Highway.

Wednesday, March 29

  • Officers assisted an outside agency for a report of a suicidal subject in Sheridan.
  • Officers assisted an outside agency with a vehicle they were pursuing. The vehicle was headed toward the Grand Ronde area from Highway 22 and Red Prairie Road. Officers were going to get in position for spikes. While officers were en route, they were advised the vehicle had stopped near Mill Creek Road. Officers assisted with the vehicle stop.
  • Officers attempted a warrant service in the 28300 block of Andy Riggs Road.
  • Officers assisted an outside agency on a medical emergency call in the 22700 block of Yamhill River Road.
  • Officers assisted an outside agency with a report of a vehicle stuck in a ditch on Highway 18 near milepost 22. Officers arrived and saw the vehicle had already been pulled out of the ditch and was on the roadway.

Thursday, March 30

  • Officers attended Chat With the Chief at the Grand Ronde Tribal Police Department.

Friday, March 31

  • Officers received a suspicious activity call in the 27100 block of Salmon River Highway. Officers received information that a subject related to vehicle thefts had been seen in the area. Officers gathered additional information and determined the subject was potentially driving a stolen vehicle on Highway 18. Officers located the vehicle and conducted a traffic stop near milepost 30. During the contact with the driver, the driver sped off at a high rate of speed from the traffic stop. A short vehicle pursuit ensued and was terminated due to the reckless driving.
  • Officers located a stolen vehicle in the 27100 block of Salmon River Highway.
  • Officers located a subject with a warrant for their arrest in the 27100 block of Salmon River Highway.
  • Officers responded to a trespass call in the 27100 block of Salmon River Highway,
  • Officers assisted a motorist in the 26800 block of Salmon River Highway.

Saturday, April 1

  • Officers responded to an emotionally disturbed person in the 27100 block of Salmon River Highway.
  • Officers received an animal complaint in the 9600 block of Hebo Road.
  • Officers received a telephonic harassment call in the 27100 block of Salmon River Highway.
  • Officers responded to a trespass call in the 9600 block of Hebo Road. The occupant of a vehicle eluded officers on foot. After searching the area, officers were unable to locate the subject.
